If you've misplaced the original files for your POBA certificate and are unable to retrieve them by searching your email database, a reissue fee will be charged for each certificate requested. This fee covers the time POBA must invest to process the request anew. Although we wish to provide this service free of charge, we recognize that time is a precious resource. The initial issuance is complimentary; however, any subsequent reissues are subject to a fee. We have endeavored to keep this fee modest to accommodate your needs.

Once purchased, email sufani at sufani@placeofblisssanctuary.com with the certificate you have requested a reissue for, and your order number. Please put the exact name you are requesting on the reissued certificate. Reissue will be processed within 72-Hours not including weekends, Holidays, or POBA shutdowns.
